La Durdi snc is a young dynamic reality specialised in projecting and producing ZAMAK items.
We have more than 30 years experience in die-casting of light alloys sector.

Feasibility studies with the customer

La Durdi SNC follows its customers’ requests about the production of Zamak items step by step.
La Durdi SNC doesn’t only produce die-casted items, but gives the customer a tested and packed end product.
This processes are aimed to totally satisfy the customer’s needs.

We create a “mold”, which allows to produce “die-casted sprays”, starting from a technical drawing. This is possible thanks to the huge expertise in die-casting sector.

Once the “mold” is ready, the die-casting process in hot chamber machines begins.
We have different types of machines, which allows us to be flexible and quick during the production phase.

The following phase manufacturing: we accomplish many exterior manufacturing processes such as deflashing, drilling or threading, vibration, testing, mouting, etc.
